Then a 3/16 slice of 2" round meatball (cooked the buca du beppos style - big meantballs) covering the bagel. then more sauce on the slice of meatball- then shredded cheese on top. put it all on a pizza stone - drop in oven for 15 min. dude. to die for. seriously good - my family thought I was a magician. great inspiration - thanks!
