Can i get a calorie and fat count on this (w/mayo)

This sounds tasty, but Im counting my calorie and fat intake these days ‘cuz im thick in the waist area and would like to lose some weight. Eating healthy is my road to losing weight. If this casserole won’t help skinny me up then Its just not worth eating despite how m’fckin tasty it looks. gosh
