Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese

This recipe is very easy and tastes great to re-heat the next day for leftovers.

1 can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup

1 can of milk or cream

¾ cup of cheddar cheese

¼ cup of onions

2 medium zucchinis

Place 1 tbs of butter in the bottom of a pot.  Sauté the onions and the zucchini for about 7 minutes.  Add the soup and the cup of milk.  Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes then add the cheese.  Wait for the cheese to melt into the soup.  Serve with a grilled cheese sandwich.

*optional, can add any fresh vegetables you like such as green bean or squash

Before I make this soup, I need to know, did you remove the crust from the cheese sandwich?

Do you really need a grilled cheese recipe Chonag? If you do, you should not be in the kitchen.

Gabe, do what you want with the crust
